At Belmont Guests Retreat, we provide compassionate and comprehensive hospice care designed to support residents through every stage with dignity and attentiveness. Our approach centers around comfort, consistency, and a deep commitment to quality bedside care. Hospice services are available 24 hours a day to address any health changes promptly and effectively.

Our hospice care includes:

• 24-hour daily monitoring for any changes in condition
• Continuous oxygen therapy and breathing treatments as needed
• Regular hydration and nutritional support, including puree or nectar diets
  Pain management and support for agitation or recurrent infections
• Daytime assistance every 2 hours with fluids, meals, and nourishment
• Extra precautions for aspiration pneumonia and prevention of skin breakdown
• High-level care continuity with two-staff assistance for high-need residents
• Incontinence care for bowel and bladder every two hours
• Personalized coordination of all services, as needed and applicable
